This  is a family owned and run nursery with high standards and values.  The family run the business on a daily basis and we have a strong and highly qualified team of nurses who work extremely hard to maintain these high standards.

Our aim is to provide the best possible care with a homely, loving and caring atmosphere, where you can feel relaxed and confident in leaving your children in our care.

We encourage good manners and behaviour and caring and sharing in a stimulating and enjoyable setting.

The manager holds Parent Evenings during the year and we operate an Open Door policy and you are welcome to call in anytime. 

Special Needs

The Day Nursery has a firm commitment to children with special needs. Kate Pledger is our SenCo representative. Sofie Collins is the SenCo at the After School Club.

Each child is encouraged to take part in the nursery activities with consideration given to those who may require additional help and support.

Health & Safety

We have an extensive Health & Safety policy at this nursery which is adhered to at all times.

We work closely with our Health & Safety consultants (NatWest Mentor) ensuring that we maintain the high standards required.

Staff receive regular training and updates whenever necessary.  Tina Alexandrou is the Health & Safety Risk Assessment Co-ordinator.

Operational Plan

Our Operational Plan is available at all times for parents and visitors to read through.  This provides important information regarding our policies and procedures.

Nutrition

We aim to provide a healthy and well balanced diet for each child. Breakfast, tea and snacks are fesh and prepared on the premises and our menus are displayed in the nursery hallway.

Babies 6-18 months have their own menu with home cooked meals from the renowned Annabel Karmel recipe book.
